Cask Conditioned India Pale Ale on Tap
Tuesday, May 13, 2008, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Stop by the brewery on Tuesday and experience our cask conditioned India Pale Ale. This beer is dry-hopped with Amarillo and Cascade hops. Don't miss out on this very special beer. The beer engine pulls the beer from the keg instead of using carbon dioxide to push the beer. The result is a thick craigy head. As far as we know, we are the only establishment in the Tri-Cities serving authentic cask ale using a beer engine. Sorry no growlers or pigs.
